A cost effective filter package including the very popular Titan pumps and Bioforce filters.
The Bioforce range of pressurised pond filters are fed by a pump situated in the pond. Being pressurised they can be hidden behind a rockery and discharge water upwards from the filter to the top of the waterfall (no more than 1m – 3ft). In addition to this the filter outlet is near the top which enables the bulk of the filter to be buried in the ground. Combining the Ultra Violet inside the filter gives the smallest most efficient filter on the market. However, the compactness of the filter means that they are not particularly suitable for fish that produce a lot of waste, such as Koi.
The Titan range has been specifically designed for continuous running with minimum cleaning. Titans have the ability to pump solid particles up to 8mm without blocking (4mm with Titan 2000, 3000). They are suitable for filtration, waterfalls and watercourses. The large intake slots at the base of the pump minimise obstruction to solid particle migration and are specifically placed at the base of the pump in order to collect solids from the floor of the pond. This design maximises the effectiveness of the pump for filtration. All Titans have unidirectional rotation to maximise pumping efficiency, with open impellers to provide the solids handling capability. Supplied with three-year warranty and 10m of cable. |

Hozelock Ecocel Pond Filter
A compact filter which is relatively easy to conceal as both the inlet and outlets are located near the top of the tank, enabling the filter to be partially buried in ground or in a chamber. These filters have a unique spray head to oxygenate the water as it enters the filter, which encourages bacterial activity and a viewing hatch, so that the state of the foam inside can be examined without lifting the lid. |

The VORTON UVC from HozelockCyprio combines the efficiency of the previous design with several new key features. The in built “Turbulator” increases the unit’s efficiency by even exposure of the water to the UV light. The multi-directional inlet/outlet enables the rotation of the hose connections through 360º making it much easier to route the hose to and from the unit. The electrical housing has a bayonet fitting and the domed quartz sleeve makes cleaning the quartz simple and easy. The main body is detachable from the mounting bracket without the need to undo screws, making the unit easy to work with. A tandem conversion kit is a available so that you can increase the size of your Ultra Violet without the expense of purchasing a much larger unit. The unit is IP65 rated making it weather proof.
